Last updated 18 October 2026. This notice explains how Felt & Wood handles information when you use the Listing Workshop and its guides.
Felt & Wood operates this website and the Listing Workshop. This notice applies to visits to feltandwood.com and use of the browser-based listing audit.
The workshop uses the item type, material, objective trait, title, tags, and description you enter to calculate its rules-based results in your browser. We do not send those fields or your audit results to Felt & Wood, Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Etsy, or a listing database.
Your browser automatically saves the draft in local storage shortly after you edit it so you can continue on a later visit. The draft has no automatic expiry. Use Clear draft in the workshop, or clear this site's browser data, to remove it.
Copy and export actions use your device's clipboard and local file download features. They do not upload the copied or exported text to us.
Vercel hosts this site. When your browser requests a page or asset, Vercel processes technical request data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as the requested path, request time, IP address, and browser or device headers. Our application does not add your listing draft to those requests.
Platform logs and their retention are controlled through our hosting provider and project settings, not by the Listing Workshop source code. You can contact us for current information about those settings.
Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 stay off unless you choose Accept analytics. If you accept, they help us understand page visits and general site use. Before analytics events are sent, the site removes query parameters and page fragments from the page URL.
Vercel Web Analytics may process the page URL, referring site, and technical browser, device, network, and approximate-location information. Google Analytics may process the page path, page title, referring site, and technical browser, device, network, and approximate-location information, and may set _ga analytics cookies. Google advertising storage, advertising signals, remarketing, and ad personalization are disabled in our site configuration.
We do not use the analytics integrations to send listing fields, audit results, account details, or purchase data. This version has no account system, Etsy API connection, advertising tracker, or payment checkout.
Analytics-provider retention periods are set outside this application and are not stated here as a fixed period. Contact us if you need the current retention setting or want to ask about deletion of previously collected analytics data.
We store your choice in local storage under a versioned consent key. If you reject analytics, neither analytics integration loads. You can reopen Analytics settings on any page to change your choice.
If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the site saves the latest local draft, records the rejection, tries to remove Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site, and reloads the page so previously loaded analytics scripts are no longer running. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection from this site after the reload; it does not automatically erase information already received by a provider.
We use Vercel to host and protect the site. With your analytics consent, we also use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics. The current application has no user accounts, mailing list, payment checkout, website feedback form, or dedicated error-tracking integration.
Our guides link to Etsy resources. Etsy receives a normal web request only if you choose to follow one of those links; Etsy's own privacy terms then apply.
If you email the privacy address below, we and our email provider receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use that information to respond to your request and keep any record needed to handle it. The website itself does not automatically add you to a mailing list.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights concerning personal information held about you. You can ask what is held, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern by emailing 2047441719hg@gmail.com.
You can remove the locally stored draft yourself with Clear draft, and change analytics consent at any time through Analytics settings.
We will update this page before releasing a feature that materially changes the information the workshop collects or where listing content is processed. The date at the top shows the current version.
