Quiet Pass is a one-time digital unlock for this device. It is delivered instantly and does not create an account on Felt & Wood.

Because it is a digital good, refunds are handled case by case. To request one, email {email} within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and a short reason. We review every request and usually respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are generally granted when the unlock does not work on your device or when the purchase was made in error. Quiet Pass is not refundable after regular use, or if you simply change your mind about keeping ads away.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
